Returns and Refunds

We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with your order. Please be assured that we will do all that we can to make the returns process as smooth as possible.

Damaged items received

Please keep all original packaging and any free gifts included with your purchase. Drop us an email via the Contact Us link, attaching an image showing the damaged item. We replace all damaged items with another of the same (subject to availability) or another case of your choice of the same price.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to inform us of any damaged goods received.

Items not as expected

If you do not like the item you have received or it is not as per your expectation, we will happily take it back for a full refund. Please keep all packaging and any free gifts included with your purchase. Please ensure the item is in unused condition and in original packaging. Drop us an email via the Contact Us link and we will give you a return authorisation number as well as information on how to return the item back to us.

* Return postage only refunded if items are returned according to the instructions we give you in your return authorisation email. If you return an item back without an authorisation code we will not be able to process a refund for you.
